As Donalda Club reopens the amenities of the Club in various stages, effective August 13, 2020, Guests are permitted to join Members, by reservation only. All Guest reservations are subject to the Guest restrictions that are in place for each amenity at the time of the reservation.
Any Guest entering Donalda Club property acknowledges the following terms:
ACCEPTANCE OF RISK
1. The Guest accepts any risks of contracting COVID-19 by choosing to attend or utilize any and all amenities at Donalda Club.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE GUEST
2. The Guest must be Fully Vaccinated to have access to the Club property. Proof of vaccination must be shown at the front gate upon arrival.
3. The Guest shall be required to strictly abide by any and all policies of Donalda Club concerning the control and spread of COVID-19, including without limitation all the provincial public health policies set on physical distancing and proper respiratory etiquette.
4. The Guest will not attend or use any amenities if they are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19, if they have been in immediate contact with anyone who is experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (exception: Frontline Healthcare workers that have used appropriate Full Medical PPE’s) or if they are otherwise under an obligation to self-isolate or remain in quarantine, per Provincial Public Health policies.
ACCEPTANCE OF OBLIGATIONS
5. The Member accepts their obligations under this “Agreement” and acknowledges that a breach of these obligations on their part will result in immediate suspension of the Member. The Guest is the responsibility of the Member hosting the Guest.
6. The Member hereby releases the Club, its Directors, Officers, and Staff from any and all claims that the Member has or may have in the future for:
a) any loss or damage the Guest may suffer due to contracting COVID-19, including sickness or death, as a result of attending or using any or all amenities; and
b) any suspension of the membership or other discipline imposed on the Member hosting the Guest by Donalda Club resulting from the Guest’s breach of their obligations under this “Agreement. ” The Guest is the responsibility of the Member hosting the Guest, as per the Club Rules and Regulations Document.
BY ARRIVING ON DONALDA CLUB PROPERTY, YOU ARE HEREBY CONSENTING TO ALL OF THE ABOVE RISKS AND OBLIGATIONS.
